Premier Tech Systems and Automation zoekt een ervaren Health and Safety Advisor om de gezondheids- en veiligheidsinitiatieven van Premier Tech op meerdere locaties in Europa verder uit te breiden en te implementeren. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het voorzien van teamleden en managers van praktische adviezen met betrekking tot veiligheid. Jouw toekomstige team Bij Premier Tech Systems and Automation verbeteren we de efficiëntie van productiefaciliteiten door innovatieve en hoogwaardige systemen te integreren die het volledige potentieel van robotica benutten. We behoren tot de grootste leveranciers van geautomatiseerde apparatuur voor het conditioneren, hanteren en verpakken ter wereld, ongeacht of het nu gaat om voeding, landbouw, organisch of industriële producten. Jouw toekomstige rol Als Health and Safety Advisor zal je een sterke aanwezigheid op de werkvloer verzorgen, waarbij je teamleden en managers coacht. Daarnaast neem je actief deel aan de ontwikkeling en implementatie van het preventieprogramma voor gezondheid en veiligheid op het werk (ARBO), in nauwe samenwerking met de managers. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het identificeren, analyseren en bieden van oplossingen voor gevaarlijke situaties en risico's. Ook zal je deelnemen aan verschillende gezondheids- en veiligheidscommissies om de veiligheidscultuur binnen het bedrijf te versterken. Je ondersteunt managers bij het beheren van het OH&S-trainingsprogramma, inclusief het vaststellen van trainingsbehoeften en het organiseren van her certificeringen. Bovendien ontwikkel en verzorg je OH&S-trainingen voor zowel managers als teamleden. Je geeft aanbevelingen voor wijzigingen of aanpassingen aan lokale regelgeving, benaderingen, procedures en werkmethoden om de veiligheidsstandaarden voortdurend te verbeteren. Een belangrijk aspect van je rol is het organiseren van activiteiten en het ontwikkelen van hulpmiddelen om de preventie van ongevallen en incidenten te bevorderen. Daarnaast coördineer je (her)certificeringsprocessen, zoals ISO 45001 en VCA*, voor de vestiging in Eersel. Je reist regelmatig naar verschillende locaties, waaronder Eersel, Hapert, Hoofddorp en Parma (Italië), om lokale teams te ondersteunen bij het waarborgen van een veilige werkomgeving. Benodigde vaardigheden Je bent een teamspeler met werkervaring in een relevante branche. Je bent minimaal in het bezit van een MVK-diploma, HVK is een pre. Kennis en ervaring in de uitvoering en implementatie van veiligheidsprogramma's, waaronder risicoanalyse, LOTOTO, valbeveiliging, elektriciteit, hijswerkzaamheden, handbescherming en machineveiligheid. Begrip van Arbowetten, -voorschriften en -codes in Nederland, en algemene kennis over Europa. Goed begrip van productieprocessen. Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel Nederlands als Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Kennis van Microsoft Office, inclusief Excel, PowerPoint en Word. Premier Tech Systems and Automation is seeking an experienced Health and Safety Advisor to further expand and implement Premier Tech's health and safety initiatives across multiple locations in Europe. In this role, you will be responsible for providing team members and managers with practical advice related to safety. Your future team At Premier Tech Systems and Automation, we enhance the efficiency of production facilities by integrating innovative and high-performance systems that fully exploit the potential of robotics. We are among the largest suppliers of automated equipment for conditioning, handling, and packaging worldwide, whether it's for food, agriculture, organics, or industrial products. Your future role As the Health and Safety Advisor of Europe, you will provide a strong presence in the workplace, coaching team members and managers. Furthermore, you will also actively participate in the development and implementation of the health and safety at work (HSE) prevention program, in close collaboration with managers. You are responsible for identifying, analyzing, and providing solutions for hazardous situations and risks. In addition, you will participate in various health and safety committees to enhance the safety culture within the company. You will support managers in administering the OH&S training program, including identifying training needs, and organizing (re)certifications. In addition, you will develop and provide OH&S training for both managers and team members. You will recommend changes or modifications to local regulations, approaches, procedures, and work methods to continuously improve safety standards. An important aspect of your role is organizing activities and developing tools to enhance accident and incident prevention. In addition, you will coordinate (re)certification processes, such as ISO 45001 and VCA*, for location Eersel.You will travel regularly to various locations, including Eersel, Hapert, Hoofddorp, and Parma (Italy), to support local teams in ensuring a safe working environment. Required skills You are a team player with work experience in a relevant industry. You hold at least an MVK degree, HVK is an advantage. Knowledge and experience in the execution and implementation of safety programs, including risk assessment, LOTOTO, fall protection, electrical, lifting, hand protection, and machine safety. Understanding occupational health and safety laws, regulation and codes in the Netherlands, and general knowledge of Europe. Good understanding of production processes. Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English, orally and in writing. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
