What will be your mission? Answer Inquiries; Resolve Issues; Update Information; Update documentation Ensure Satisfaction; Provide and offer Guidance; Analyse issues; Assess reports; Requirements: EU citizenship or Bulgarian residence permit; Dutch C1 + Good knowledge of English (B2 level); Good computer skills; High School Diploma; Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening.
