About the Role: As a Conversion Designer for the client's website, you will play a critical role in optimizing our online platform to maximize conversion rates and drive sales. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand user behavior, identify pain points in the user journey, and implement design solutions to improve the overall conversion funnel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user experience design, and data analysis, and a proven track record of driving measurable improvements in conversion rates. Responsibilities: Manage the entire visual design process from initial concept to final handover to engineering. Generate innovative website design concepts to simplify complex challenges and enhance user experience. Craft brand logos. Develop and advocate for design standards, guidelines, and best practices. Produce diverse designs and assets in appropriate file formats. Create sales pages and landing pages optimized for maximum conversion rates. Design intuitive user interfaces for web-based applications. Enhance product videos for sales pages through editing. Generate graphics for blogs, websites, and social media platforms. Construct web pages to meet specific requirements. Qualifications: Proficiency in Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere, and other editing tools. Previous remote work experience. Demonstrable graphic design experience (portfolio required). Strong problem-solving skills. Up-to-date with the latest web trends and technologies. Willingness to experiment with and utilize AI tools to enhance design efficiency. What's in it for you: Competitive starting salary ranges from $6 to $10 per hour, depending on your experience.
