Job Description: As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for the daily management of our office. You will ensure an organized, efficient, and pleasant working environment for all employees. Your duties will include: Responsibilities: Manage the reception area, including greeting guests and answering phone calls. Coordinate office facilities such as supplies, equipment maintenance, and liaising with vendors. Organize meetings and events, including arranging catering and logistics. Support HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and providing administrative assistance. Manage office budgets and expenditures. Maintain documentation and filing systems. Coordinate mail and package deliveries. Assist the management team with administrative tasks. Requirements: Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Proactive and problem-solving abilities. Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Dutch is a plus.
