As a Commercial Operations Manager , you will join an entrepreneurial firm with a dynamic and growing team and have the opportunity to help grow and build the company. Reporting to a Principal at AIM, you will help own key operational functions and work collaboratively with team members to support the daily needs of the business. The primary areas of activity you will support in this role are: Business operations support (a.o. market & prospect analysis) Marketing & business development support Vendor & Client contracting support Operational ownership of company GDPR processes Support the development of processes to improve commercial performance Support the establishment of regular commercial reporting Our requirements and the profile of our ideal candidate are: Required Experience and Skills: Operational B to B marketing experience Analytical and ability to combine information from various sources Management report creation experience Experience with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other regional privacy regulations Experience in the Life science business is a bonus Minimum 5 – 10 years experience in a comparable position Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, commercial operations, economics, supply chain, or related field AIM is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate against otherwise qualified applicants on the basis of race, color, creed, religion, ancestry, age, sex, marital status, national origin, disability or handicap, or veteran status.
