You will have the opportunity to lead and manage your own section in our open kitchen, contributing to the overall success of our culinary operations.If you have always aspired to take the next step in your career, we are eager to help you achieve your goals and advance within our organization. To be considered for this role, we require the following qualifications: 3-5 years of experience as a chef, where you have honed your culinary expertise and developed a strong foundation. A minimum of 2 years in a supervisory position, demonstrating your leadership abilities and your capacity to guide and motivate a team. Experience in managing 10 or more people Previous experience in quality restaurants, showcasing your familiarity with maintaining high standards and delivering exceptional dining experiences. Ability to work with cleanliness and quiet efficiency, ensuring a smooth and well-organized kitchen operation. Given that our kitchens are open, it is essential that you present yourself in a professional manner at all times, reflecting our commitment to excellence. A positive attitude and a genuine desire to work in one of the most livable cities in the world, contributing to its vibrant culinary scene.
