Job Title: Call Answering Services Location: The Hague, South Holland 2244 Duties: The Applicants work involves answering, transferring, and placing calls. The Applicants shall perform telephone clerical tasks such as referring callers to appropriate agencies and locating telephone numbers. The Applicants shall answer all calls within 20 seconds or 4 ring cycles. Operating hours will be from 08:00-17:00, Monday through Friday including holidays. The Applicants shall provide services for Dutch and English telephone callers. The Applicants shall not address inquiries regarding Visa or American Citizen Services for Consular Affairs. The Applicants shall provide monthly call and incident reports that will include total call count. The Applicants must be especially alert and immediately inform RSO's office personnel, as well as local authorities of anything suspicious, which could endanger the life of U.S. Mission employees, dependents, and which may result in damage of the U.S. Mission property.
