Magellan is a global business transformation program acc ompanying a move of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system from ECC to S/4 HANA. Magellan’s goal is to simplify, standardize and modernize our core business processes, enabling Boston Scientifc to better leverage the power of data and to position our business for profitable and sustainable growth. About this role as IT Project Manager: Key role within our ECO Magellan team, responsible for an effective SAP S/4HANA deployment at our European Distribution Site Kerkrade-The Netherlands Your key responsibilities will be: Implements an effective site governance structure related to business and program functional requirements. Works with business and program leaders to ensure deployment alignment with S4 deliverables and business expectations. Manages a project prioritization process synchronized with rest of the program deployment deliverable, that enables an effective launch of S4. Manages project costs, project schedule, and project pipeline to agreed plan. Recognizes and communicates team successes to local and global management. Develops project plans outlining work plans, timelines, roles and resources; Identifies and leads cross-functional project team comprised of project managers, functional experts; Manages team progress to ensure achievement of all milestones and deliverables; Provides updates to senior management and all stakeholders of progress through frequent communications of findings at regular intervals via reports and meetings. Develops recommendations: Develops and delivers project recommendations to senior management and all stakeholders. Manages implementation of projects: Develops implementation plan outlining work plans, timelines, roles and resources; Identifies and leads implementation team including localrepresentatives; Works with local and functional team members to ensure that all supporting infrastructure including program guidelines, processes, training programs, organizational structure and new roles are developed and communicated. Who are we looking for: Bachelor's degree plus 4-6 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Project Management experience on strategic business initiatives (e.g. Organization, Process, Systems etc.) Must be eligible to work in Europe. Strong understanding of Change Management practices with excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence. Proven ability to coach, mentor and lead others in project and program management arena Experience with communication and influencing at the management level across a cross-functional and global organization. Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders. Ability to interact effectively with all levels within the organization and, if necessary, with outside vendors/consultants Strong oral and written communication skills Excels working in fast-paced, competitive environment. Works autonomously and demonstrates ability to take responsibility. Results-orientated Team Player Position will start with a defined term contract expected until end of 2026.
