As a Manager NPS Data Foundations & Analytics (Digital Experience NPS) at adidas you deliver cutting-edge analytics services to stakeholders, by supporting your direct peers in the delivery of digital projects in time and quality. Planning, executing and tracking projects in cooperation with the respective functions and project team members are a few examples of what is expected from this role. Additionally, you will be also focusing on monitoring data quality and process automation to make sure NPS data flow is constant and error free. Depending on your profile you might also make use of the data you monitor to generate insights that help adidas better understand the consumer, expand reach, increase customer engagement and advocacy, and ultimately drive sales. You are part of a team that informs the adidas digital strategy and provides the factual basis for future consumer experiences and site development. Key Responsibilities: Project/ Program Delivery: Contribute to the successful delivery of NPS related projects & programs end-to-end, ideally through effective application of PMI/Agile methodology. Examples of such projects could be implementation of a new NPS trigger point or a new questionnaire. Assist the project execution in designing and maintaining detailed project plans that allow providing transparency on progress and identifying risks on time. Support in the identification of interdependencies with other projects. Data quality& Process monitoring: Regularly monitor data collection and data quality into the main NPS depository tools (Qualtrics & databricks) Monitor daily data flow from Qualtrics into databricks Improve efficiency and accuracy in these processes when possible Ensuring data quality while implementing digital projects Tools: Support to provide stakeholders with expertise on tool and survey use and system capabilities. Monitor tool access and usage Analytics: Deliver analytics services by analyzing data and generating fact-based insights, with a focus on Experience NPS and related data sources. Support Global and Local Digital and eCom teams to increase reach, engagement, buy and advocacy. Monitor and evaluate the implementation of the analytics toolset, ensuring the consistency of data quality and adoption of self-service tools Implement and use data driven decision processes, in line with a fact-based decision culture. Develop best practices and share insights, tooling, and analytical methodologies across Market & Global Analytics teams worldwide. Key Relationships: Project Team NPS analytics Other analytics teams Markets Digital Product Teams Digital Sales Solutions Technical Implementation Teams (internal and external) Requirements, Education & Experience: University degree in the field of Analytics, Marketing, Business or equivalent 4+ years of professional experience related to project management, (digital) analytics, NPS or similar topics Experience working with stakeholders at various seniority levels as well as subject matter experts across various functions (developers, business stakeholders, product and marketing teams, etc) Experience with digital marketing in a brand environment Experience in eCommerce environment Soft-Skills: A love for sports and a passion for the brand Advanced communication skills, especially when interacting with different levels of business Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with different international cultures Solutions-oriented approach and entrepreneurial mindset Good numerical and analytical skills Excellent presentation skills and storytelling Collaboration skills, critical thinker, logical and pragmatic team player Hard-Skills: Strong MS-Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Fluent in English both verbally and written Working experience with quantitative and qualitative analytics tools and methodologies (NPS, VoC, consumer feedback, web, eCommerce, social, mobile, sentiment, CRM, etc.) Programming experience (SQL, Python) Database experience (Salesforce, Databricks) Experience with survey tooling such as Medallia or Qualtrics is a plus Text/social media analytics experience is a plus Experience with web experience and marketing analytics tools is a plus: e.g. adobe Analytics, Google analytics Solid project management skills, including the ability to work on several projects simultaneously. Working knowledge of Agile working methods e.g. Scrum/Kanban is a plus
