En tant que représentant des pièces, vous êtes conjointement responsable du chiffre d'affaires dans le domaine des ventes de pièces de rechange. La génération de ventes est votre moteur pour garantir la satisfaction du client. Vous êtes le premier point de contact pour nos clients. Vous êtes en contact (téléphonique) avec les clients potentiels et les fournisseurs. De plus, vous êtes responsable du traitement des demandes, de la création et du suivi des offres. Pour ce faire, vous vous concentrez sur les exigences techniques spécifiques et les souhaits du client. Vous recherchez un défi et ce qui précède vous semble-t-il comme de la musique à vos oreilles ? Votre profil Vous parlez et écrivez couramment le français et l'anglais (le néerlandais est un plus). Vous avez obtenu un diplôme dans un domaine commercial ou logistique. Vous avez de l'expérience avec les systèmes ERP (la connaissance de JD Edwards est un plus). Vous êtes familier avec l'utilisation de Salesforce. Vous avez la mentalité de DRIVER ! You will be part of the rapidly growing and dynamic Client Service team, where the ultimate customer experience is central. As a Parts Representative, you are jointly responsible for revenue around the area of spare parts sales. Generating sales is your driving force to ensure customer satisfaction. You are the first point of contact for our customers. You have (telephone) contact with (potential) customers and suppliers. Furthermore, you are responsible for processing inquiries, creating, and following up on tenders. In doing so, you focus on the specific technical requirements and wishes of the customer. You have completed a degree in a commercial or logistics-related field. You have experience with ERP systems (knowledge of JD Edwards is a plus). You are familiar with working with Salesforce.
