Company Overview Our client, an international leader in energy-efficient solutions based in Hoofddorp, is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to be part of their Industrial High Power Supply Team. The role involves driving sales throughout the EMEA region and working in close partnership with the Research and Development team, Product Marketing, and various Business Units. The company is dedicated to minimizing the global carbon footprint, driven by a robust green philosophy. Job Description Introduce their Industrial Power Supplies (CRPS, PowerShelves, Chargers, Inverters, Converters) to different kind of customers. Develop new customers within different segments such as Cloud, Industrial, Mobility, Renewable Energy. Generate leads through cold calling, exhibitions, and web research and identify opportunities for cross-selling with other product lines. Effectively communicate and collaborate with Corporate R&D and different Product Management teams to track new projects and business opportunities. Responsible for yearly budget target. Prepare and present regular reports on account progress and goals to share with team members, managers, and for potential use in future case studies. Intensive traveling for business development. Qualifications 2 years working experience in Sales or Business Development. High Interest in the above mentioned target segments. Capable to proactively develop new customers via cold call, trade show leads development. Cultural fitted to work with different teams globally (especially in Asia). Being fluent in English and having the ability to speak an additional language is advantageous. Possession of a driving licensee.
