RESPONSIBILITIES As our Senior Manager Record To Report you are a technically knowledgeable individual who has a strong understanding of accounting principles in Dutch GAAP and the wider business activities of HQ functions. This role is key in the Record to Report team for HQ and Principal entities. As such this individual is responsible for the financial accounting and operational transfer pricing, and Sarbox compliance for all assigned entities. Your main focus (in addition to other key responsibilities and expectations) includes: Supports and guides the team, alongside with review of the statutory annual accounts according to Dutch GAAP Ability to translate transactions from US GAAP to Dutch GAAP Take full ownership of the balance sheet. Ensure to identify and analyze unusual or reconciling items and take appropriate actions to resolve exceptions. Review balance sheets accounts / specs under control by other parties (e.g., co-pilots, Accounts Receivable & HR) and align if needed ensure on time follow up and cleaning.. Oversight of Month End Close activities within the RTR team. Ensuring compliance with internal policies, local regulations and US GAAP requirements, also supporting in work allocation to the GL accountant. Oversight of SOX responsibilities within the RTR team. Overall review of quarterly analytical & reporting packs for the company for reporting and coordination of all the contributors to these packs. As an experienced Senior Manager Record To Report, you will add value and feel energized from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you will have: Financial accountancy experience to a minimum of 10 years and qualified with a recognized accounting body (ACCA/CIMA/ACA). Dutch GAAP is a must.
